Songbird is a beautifully designed contemporary home set among the trees, just a 5-minute drive from Yallingup and Smiths Beach. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and space for up to 12 guests, it's perfectly sized for our group.
The house features stunning interiors with high ceilings, natural timber, and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the bush inside. Outside, there's a heated swimming pool and spa surrounded by native forest, a pizza oven and BBQ for family dinners, and a dedicated games room that the kids (and let's be honest, the adults) will love.
It's the kind of place where the grandparents can relax by the pool while the little ones run wild, and everyone comes together for long evenings around the outdoor table.
